🌤️ Free Healthy Air Safety Check Includes:

1️⃣ Visual HVAC System Inspection

2️⃣ Air Quality & Comfort Assessment

Check filter type, fit, and cleanliness
Inspect blower compartment & evaporator coil access
Verify return/supply airflow is unobstructed
Confirm thermostat calibration & basic function

2️⃣ Air Quality & Comfort Assessment

Measure indoor temperature and humidity levels
Check for visible dust accumulation or vent discoloration
Note any odors, drafts, or poor air circulation indicators

3️⃣ Carbon Monoxide & Safety Test

CO reading at furnace and return-air intake
Test for presence of gas odors or leaks (sniffer or soap test)
Verify CO & smoke detectors are in working order
