Privacy Policy

• What you give us. Name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you write in a message when you use our contact form, book an appointment, or order a report.
• Payment information. Handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout page. We receive a record that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the billing name and email — not your full card number.
• Site usage. Standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and the site or search that referred you.
• Property and equipment records. For a solar report, the documentation and production records associated with the property address you give us.

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform work, produce and deliver a report you ordered, take payment, keep records required for a licensed contracting business, and understand which parts of our site are useful.

We use your contact details to reach you about your own job, order, or membership. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use these service providers, each handling only what their function requires:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly — we never see your full card number.
• Supabase — Database that stores contact form submissions and lead records.
• Vercel — Website hosting and traffic analytics.
• Google Analytics — Aggregate traffic measurement (page views, referral sources).
• Brevo — Transactional email — the notification we get when you submit a form.
• Cal.com — Online appointment booking, when you book through our site.

We also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Our analytics providers set cookies to count visits and tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them. We do not run advertising pixels for third-party ad networks.

Contact and job records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, tax, and licensing record requirements. Delivered reports and their supporting records are retained so we can re-issue or correct them later. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments run through Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we store and who can reach it.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
