This website and everything sold on it is operated by Summer Sky Contractors Co., a licensed Utah contractor (License #14238248-5501), at 7284 S Viansa Ct, Midvale, UT 84047. "We" and "us" mean that company.

"Summer Sky USA" is a trade name of Summer Sky Contractors Co. SolarDisclosure is a product name of Summer Sky Contractors Co. Neither is a separate legal entity, and both are billed and supported by the same company.

HVAC repair, maintenance and installation; general contracting work; the Comfort Club monthly membership; and SolarDisclosure reports, which are written documentation and research about the rooftop solar equipment at a specific property.

Prices shown on this site are in United States dollars (USD) and are the prices charged at checkout. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure hosted checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number. By placing an order you authorize the charge shown on that page.

Recurring products — Comfort Club ($29 USD per month), SolarDisclosure RE Pro Monthly ($99 USD per month), and the Homeowner Production Audit ($79 USD per year) — renew automatically on that schedule until you cancel. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

For on-site work you agree to give us safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, and to tell us about known hazards. If we arrive and cannot access the property, we may charge for the trip.

Timeframes we quote are estimates made in good faith. Weather, parts availability, and conditions we find on site can move them.

A SolarDisclosure report is a documentation and research product. It records the solar equipment we identify at a property and the information we are able to locate and verify about it, as of the date of the report.

It is not an appraisal, a home inspection, an engineering certification, a warranty, or a guarantee of a system's condition or future performance. It does not replace your own review of any agreement, lease, or loan attached to a solar system, and it is not advice about whether to buy or sell a property.

We are not a consumer reporting agency. We do not extend, broker, or service credit, we do not collect or settle debt, we do not contact lenders or negotiate payoffs on a customer's behalf, and we provide no financial, legal, or tax advice.

Where a report relies on records or data held by third parties, we report what those records show. We cannot warrant the accuracy of a third party's records, and we will tell you in the report when information could not be verified.

You agree to give us accurate information, including the correct property address, and to use what we deliver lawfully. You may share a report you purchased with the other parties to your transaction — buyer, seller, agent, title, lender. You may not resell it, republish it publicly, or present it as your own work product.

To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, our total liability arising out of any product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or a transaction that does not close.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Contracting and HVAC work is warranted as described in the written estimate or invoice for that job. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install are provided by the manufacturer and pass through to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and a change never applies retroactively to an order already placed.
