Refund & Cancellation Policy

This applies to the SolarDisclosure Standard Report ($299 USD), the SolarDisclosure Rush Report ($349 USD), and the SolarDisclosure RE Pro Rushed report ($299 USD).

Before the report is delivered: you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email or call us and we will refund the purchase to your original payment method.

After the report is delivered: the purchase is non-refundable. The report is the research itself — once it is written and sent, the work has been performed and cannot be returned.

If a delivered report contains a factual error about the property or the equipment, tell us and we will correct and re-issue it at no charge. That correction is not conditional on any refund request.

Two products bill on a recurring schedule:

• SolarDisclosure RE Pro Monthly Subscription — $99 USD per month. Charged monthly until cancelled.
• Homeowner Production Audit — $79 USD per year. Charged once per year until cancelled.
• Comfort Club — $29 USD per month. Charged monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is meant to be as easy as signing up. Email ja8son@gmail.com or call (385) 484-8591 and say you want to cancel. No form to fill out, no retention call, no cancellation fee. We confirm the cancellation in writing within one business day.

When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not charge a partial-period fee and we do not pro-rate a refund for the remainder of a period you have already used.

If you were charged after cancelling, or a renewal went through that you did not expect, tell us within 30 days and we will refund that charge in full.

The $29 USD monthly Comfort Club fee covers your scheduled monthly service visit. Air filters and water softener salt are not included in that fee — they are purchased separately, at cost, and billed when supplied.

The monthly fee is refundable if you cancel before we have performed that month's visit. Once the visit has been performed, that month's fee has been earned. Materials already delivered and installed are not returnable.

For scheduled service, including the Winterization Service ($350 USD), you can cancel or reschedule at no charge any time before the technician is dispatched, and we refund the payment in full.

Once work has been performed, the charge for that work stands. If you are not satisfied with work we performed, call us — we would rather come back and make it right than argue about a refund.

We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. Almost every dispute we have seen was a misunderstanding we could have fixed the same day. We will always tell you plainly whether a refund applies under this policy.
