Summer Sky already works on Utah homes that are about to be listed — the HVAC service call, the punch list of repairs a seller needs done before photos. Those same houses kept turning up with solar on the roof and no clear record of what was installed or who holds the agreement on it. So we started documenting it.
SolarDisclosure is that work, sold as a report. It is a product name of Summer Sky Contractors Co. — not a separate company, not a separate business entity.
What the report contains
- Identification of the solar equipment installed on the property — panels, inverters, and mounting.
- The system documentation we are able to locate and verify, compiled into one written record.
- Recorded production history for the system, where the data is available.
- A plain-language summary a buyer, seller, or agent can read without a solar background.
It is a research and documentation product. It is not an appraisal, an inspection certification, or advice about what to do with the system.

Recurring- Each month you get: rush turnaround on every report you order, billed at the standard $299 USD rate instead of $349 USD.
- Reports are billed separately — the $99 USD monthly fee is the membership, not a report credit.
- Cancel anytime by email or phone. Your membership runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, then stops.
